Honey
Scamandre Honey is a multiflower honey with a rich and distinctive taste.
Thyme, rosemary, acacia, clover, blueberries and more form the base of our honey. We cultivate flowering fallow land specially so that our bees have access to honey yielding plants for as much of the year as possible. Scamandre Honey is neither heated nor filtered. It’s organic, healthy... and deliciously tasty!

Olive oil
Olive trees are an essential feature of the Petite Camargue landscape. So what could be more natural than to make our
own olive oil?
From the fruits of our 500 olive trees, some of which have been growing for almost 80 years, we produce a mainly picholine-based oil marrying sweetness and intensity. Like wine, olive oil can be blended from olives picked at varying stages of maturity. And just as we do our grapes, we harvest our olives by hand and press them according to tradition.

Tables de Scamandre
Inspired by Wa-bi, the chef’s table of Michelin-starred chef Dominique Bouchet, we designed the living space at
Scamandre around a professional open kitchen where we organise our Tables de Scamandre events. Every fortnight for five
years, Julien Dussert and Franck Renouard devised original recipes and cooked dishes for eight guests in an intimate
atmosphere. The concept has since evolved into a pop-up restaurant for 30 guests opening once or twice a year.
The team offers a five-course set menu with wine pairing.
The dates of each Table de Scamandre are announced in our mailing list and on the estate’s Instagram page (@scamandre).
